The Office of International Affairs can be found in two offices on the Tha Prachan campus detailed below according to their functions.

One office is located in the left wing on the second floor of the Dome Building. This office serves as the administrative body and houses the office of Vice Rector for International Affairs and the Division of Academic Cooperation Development.

The Office handles government sponsored and university scholarships for both TU and international students. It also manages the outbound exchange programs within university-level scope, including the outbound exchange activities of the ISEP program.
The other office (known as International Office), found on the ground floor of the Dome Building opposite the Financial Department, houses the office of the director and the Division of International Student Services.
